The qbo.Score module uses Office Web Components' spreadsheet control to calculate scores. Under Windows 2008, errors indicating that the qbo.OWC11.dll interop assembly is not registered.

This problem can be fixed by installing version 12.0.4518.1014 of OWC11.exe.

Until today, the version in the Quandis source repository was 11.0.8003.0.
