Granting Security Access Matrix
(This section assumes a matrix has been created. Please refer to the Matrix tutorial on how to create a matrix) Select Group Access from the Design drop down menu Click on the role hyperlink that is to be provided with access. Select the item the user needs to have access from the Options drop down menu. In this example, the manager is going to be provided with access to matrices. Select the matrix the user needs access. In this example, the Manager is provided with access to the Appraisal Fee matrix. (Multiple items can be selected to grant access or access can be provided one at a time. In this example, only one was selected.)
Select Grant Access from the Options drop down menu.
Click Save in the access dialogue box.
The Group column reflects who has access and who granted access. In this example, the Manager has access to the Appraisal Fee matrix. Access was granted by mfoley@quandis.com
. Attachments
(This section assumes attachments have been created. Please refer to the attachment tutorial on how to create attachments) Select Group Access from the Design drop down menu Click on the role hyperlink that is to be provided with access. Select the item the user needs to have access from the Options drop down menu. In this example, the manager is going to be provided with access to Attachments. View Attachments is selected from the drop down. 
Select the attachment the user needs access. In this example the user requires access to Google Maps Test and HMP Generic solicitation letter; both templates are selected. (Multiple items can be selected to grant access or access can be provided one at a time.)
Select Grant Access from the Options drop down menu.
Click Save in the access dialogue box.
The Group column reflects who has access and who granted access. In this example, the Manager has access to the Appraisal Fee matrix. Access was granted by mfoley@quandis.com
. Messages
(This section assumes message templates have been created. Please refer to the message template tutorial on how to create message templates) Select Group Access from the Design drop down menu Click on the role hyperlink that is to be provided with access.
Select the item the user needs to have access from the Options drop down menu. In this example, the manager is going to be provided with access to Messages. View Messages is selected from the drop down. 
Select the message the user needs access. In this example the user requires access to Open Active BK message.
Select Grant Access from the Options drop down menu.
Click Save in the access dialogue box.
The Group column reflects who has access and who granted access. In this example, the Manager has access to the Appraisal Fee matrix. Access was granted by mfoley@quandis.com
. Workflow (Decision Template)
(This section assumes Workflow templates have been created. Please refer to the workflow template tutorial on how to create workflow templates) Select Group Access from the Design drop down menu Click on the role hyperlink that is to be provided with access. Select the item the user needs to have access from the Options drop down menu. In this example, the manager is going to be provided with access to Workflows (Decision Templates). View Workflows is selected from the drop down. 
. Select the workflows the user needs access. In this example the user requires access to the following workflows: REO- Closing, REO-Eviction, REO-Listing, REO-Market Plan, REO-Sales/Negotiations, REO-Valuation, and REO-Workflow.
Select Grant Access from the Options drop down menu.
Click Save in the access dialogue box.
The Group column reflects who has access and who granted access. In this example, the Manager has access to the Appraisal Fee matrix. Access was granted by mfoley@quandis.com
If the workflow you are providing access has children, select Grant Access Include Related from the Options drop down.
Click Save in the access dialogue box.

. Revoking Access
Select Group Access from the Design drop down menu Click on the role hyperlink that is to have access removed. 
Select the item the user needs to have access removed from the Options drop down menu. In this example, the manager’s access to messages is going to be removed. View Messages is selected from the Options drop down. 
Select the message that needs to be removed from the manager’s access. 
Select Revoke Access from the Options drop down menu.
Click Save in the delete access dialogue box.
The Manager role no longer has access; the group column is blank. 
. Granting permission to a role
Select Group Access from the Design drop down menu Click on the arrow next to the role that is to be provided with permissions.
Search for the permission that needs to be provided. The percent symbol (%) can be used to perform wild card searches such as %update or Bidatsale%. In this example, I want to see all update permissions the Manager does not have access. %update has been entered in the search field in the Permissions Not Granted Panel. Whenever the results are returned, the bottom of the panel lists the number of records returned.
You can view the results by clicking on the page number to navigate to a specific page,
(In this example, 3 was selected to navigate to page 3)
Or you can view all of the results by clicking on the 25 rows per page hyperlink. Enter the number of records to be seen at once in the page dialogue box and click OK. In this example, 138 was entered to view all permission that reference Update.
All Records are displayed.
Select the permission the user needs access. In this example, Manager needs access to Bankruptcy Update.
Select Grant Permissions from the Options drop down menu.
Select Okay in the Permissions dialogue box.
The permission granted is visible in the Permissions panel.
. Removing permissions from a role
Select Group Access from the Design drop down menu Click on the arrow next to the role that is to have permissions removed. Search for the permission that needs to be provided. The percent symbol (%) can be used to perform wild card searches such as %update or Bidatsale%. In this example, I want remove permissions to GeograhpyUpdate. Geography% is entered in the search field.
Check the box next to the permission to be removed. Select Revoke Permissions from the Options drop down.
Click Okay in the Revoke Permissions dialogue box.
Permission has been removed from Permissions Granted panel and is now located in the Permissions Not Granted Panel.
